We do not get many opportunities for a true fireside chat here in Florida, but that does not mean we cannot have the conversation.

The Lean Jax Member Fireside Chat is a simple idea: bring representatives from our member organizations together, give people a chance to talk openly about what is happening in their organizations, and create more opportunities for members to learn from one another.

No slides. No formal presentation. Just a conversation.

Why Are We Doing This?

Lean Jax is a consortium. That means the value should not come only from programs or events we put on. A big part of the value should come from members helping members.

We want to hear what is working in your organization, what you are proud of, what you are trying to improve, and where you may be getting stuck.

We also want to hear what would be most useful to you from Lean Jax. What would you like to learn? What would you like to see at another member organization? What kinds of training, webinars, site visits, or other opportunities would help you and your team?

Bring a Win. Bring a Challenge. Bring an Idea. Bring a Question.

Whatever is happening in your organization, bring it to the conversation.

What Might We Talk About?

A recent improvement or win worth sharing
A challenge you are working through
An idea you are considering or would like feedback on
A question you would like to put to other members
Something you would like to see or learn from another member organization
An opportunity where Lean Jax could provide more value to you and your organization

You do not need to prepare anything in advance and you do not need a presentation. Just come ready to talk, listen, and learn from other members.

James and Chuck will help guide the conversation, ask questions, make connections across member organizations, and keep the discussion focused on what is useful to the members in the room.

What We Hope Comes From It

We hope people leave with a new idea, a useful connection, or a different way of thinking about something they are working through.

We also want to better understand where Lean Jax should focus its efforts as we build future webinars, training, site visits, and other member opportunities.

Most of all, we want to create more opportunities for the consortium to work the way it was intended to work:

This event is open only to representatives of current Lean Jax member organizations.
