• All participants who complete the two sessions and submit the assignments will earn A3 problem-solving certification through Lean Jax.
• Additionally, all registrants will receive an updated "A3 Problem Solving Starter Pack" (includes templates, examples, and instructions for completing A3s and utilizing RCA tools.)
