    2. Three Categories of Work: Defining value from perspective of our customers by distinguishing between work that is value-added, non-value-added but necessary, and pure waste.


    3. 8 Wastes Overview: Definitions, sector-specific examples, causes, and effects of each type of waste.

  3. 5. 8 Wastes Identification Exercise: Hands-on practice distinguishing between the three categories of work and identifying waste in various settings.
