Bio
Tom has more than 25 years of experience as a Six Sigma & Lean Coach in the Financial services industry. In August of this year, he retired from TD Bank working as a Senior Manager of Process Optimization team for the TD Auto Finance Group.
Before retiring, Tom served as a Senior Process Redesign Engineer at Citi, and Master Black Belt/Process Design Engineer at Bank of America. Tom earned his Master Black Belt in 2005 and has applied Six Sigma and Lean principles in several areas in the banking field including Risk & Compliance, Operational Risk, Cross Channel Issues Remediation, and Business Controls.
